自吸泵進(jìn)口管道漏氣可以吸的上液?jiǎn)幔?/title>

<span style="font-size:16px;"> 自吸泵是可以自吸和防空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的泵，自吸泵泵腔具有儲(chǔ)液功能，使用前泵腔灌滿(mǎn)液體，后期可直接啟動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，液體在抽空的狀況下，泵具有儲(chǔ)液腔，不會(huì)造成泵空轉(zhuǎn)而損壞泵腔部件，自吸泵在低液位工況下非常適用，自吸泵根據(jù)采用有鑄鐵自吸泵，不銹鋼自吸泵，氟塑料自吸泵；材質(zhì)不同，適用介質(zhì)也不同，對(duì)于強(qiáng)酸強(qiáng)堿強(qiáng)腐蝕液體，氟塑料自吸泵較適用。用戶(hù)在使用自吸泵過(guò)程中，出現(xiàn)吸不上液是什么原因呢，進(jìn)口管道漏氣會(huì)有影響嗎？<br /> 自吸泵是依靠葉輪的高速旋轉(zhuǎn)使自吸泵內(nèi)產(chǎn)生低壓區(qū)而進(jìn)行吸水的，所以自吸泵必須保證其進(jìn)水管不漏，即保證外界空氣不能進(jìn)入進(jìn)水管。否則，不僅會(huì)影響水泵效率，而且水泵作業(yè)時(shí)產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的振動(dòng)和噪音。氟塑料自吸泵啟動(dòng)前，只需首次使用時(shí)灌滿(mǎn)泵腔，后期使用無(wú)需灌液，可直接啟動(dòng)，完成輸送，氟塑料自吸泵在自吸時(shí)，進(jìn)口管道出現(xiàn)漏氣是沒(méi)法完成自吸的；<br /> <img alt="自吸泵" src="http://www.6c3c.com/d/file/telongzixun/2020-01-13/c5bf9acfde8daa05c5d59a1142bef155.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 667px;" /><br />一、自吸泵在安裝前的要求有哪些呢？<br /> 1、自吸泵在安裝前一定要確認(rèn)好進(jìn)口管道的長(zhǎng)度和高度不能超過(guò)自吸泵的允許吸程范圍，進(jìn)口管道一定不能有漏氣的現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)該保證是全密封的管道，就算有針眼大的小孔也將會(huì)影響自吸泵的自吸能力。 <br />2、自吸泵安裝時(shí)盡量不要固定在用槽鋼焊接的支架上，因?yàn)椴垆撆c泵接觸的面太少，在緊固底座螺絲的同時(shí)由于泵底座有很大一部分是懸空的所以容易把底座及聯(lián)軸器同心度給破壞，所以裝在槽鋼支架上的自吸泵是容易出現(xiàn)振動(dòng)大聯(lián)軸器很容易損壞的現(xiàn)象。<br />3、自吸泵在安裝時(shí)不能圖便宜，有的用戶(hù)在新購(gòu)買(mǎi)的自吸泵拿去使用時(shí)直接把出廠(chǎng)固定自吸泵的木條底座和自吸泵一起放在地面上投入使用，這種作法是不可取的，這樣很容易導(dǎo)致自吸泵發(fā)生振動(dòng)及噪音而使自吸泵發(fā)生機(jī)械故障。正確的方法是把泵底座固定在實(shí)心平整的平臺(tái)或者堅(jiān)硬的地面上。<br /> <img alt="自吸泵" src="http://www.6c3c.com/d/file/telongzixun/2020-01-13/a258eea8693a319506c1e1639b66c05f.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 667px;" /><br />二、自吸泵停止，啟動(dòng)注意事項(xiàng)及操作順序：<br />1、使泵停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，首先必須關(guān)閉吐出管路上的閘閥，在寒冷季節(jié)，應(yīng)將泵體內(nèi)的儲(chǔ)液和軸承體冷卻室內(nèi)的水放空，以防凍裂機(jī)泵部件。<br />2、啟動(dòng)自吸泵時(shí)：注意泵軸的轉(zhuǎn)向是否正確。注意轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)有無(wú)不正常的聲響和振動(dòng)。注意壓力表及真空表讀數(shù)，起動(dòng)后當(dāng)壓力表及真空表的讀數(shù)經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的波動(dòng)而指示穩(wěn)定后，說(shuō)明自吸泵內(nèi)已經(jīng)上液，進(jìn)入正常輸液作業(yè)。<br /> <img alt="自吸泵" src="http://www.6c3c.com/d/file/telongzixun/2020-01-13/f0195cb7c6fdf67e79f0cc4875549e29.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 1000px;" /><br />三、自吸泵在工作過(guò)程中如發(fā)生強(qiáng)烈振動(dòng)和噪聲，有可能是泵發(fā)生汽蝕所致，汽蝕產(chǎn)生的原因有兩種：一是進(jìn)口管流速過(guò)大，二是吸程過(guò)高。流速過(guò)大時(shí)可調(diào)節(jié)出口控制閥，升高壓力表讀數(shù)，在進(jìn)口管路有堵塞時(shí)則應(yīng) 及時(shí)排除;吸程太高時(shí)可適當(dāng)降低泵的安裝高度。在自吸泵進(jìn)入正常輸液作業(yè)前即自吸過(guò)程中，應(yīng)特別注意泵內(nèi)水溫升高情況，如果這個(gè)過(guò)程過(guò)長(zhǎng)，泵內(nèi)水溫過(guò)高，則停泵檢查其原因。如果自吸泵內(nèi)液體溫度過(guò)高而引起自吸困難，那么可以暫時(shí)停機(jī)，利用吐出管路中的液體倒流回泵內(nèi)或向泵體上加儲(chǔ)液口處直接向泵內(nèi)補(bǔ)充液體，使泵內(nèi)液體降溫，然后起動(dòng)即可。<br /> 自吸泵在工作過(guò)程中因故停泵，需再起動(dòng)時(shí)，出口控制閥應(yīng)稍開(kāi)(不要全閉)，這樣既有利于自吸過(guò)程中氣體從吐出口排出，又能保證尖在較輕的負(fù)責(zé)下啟動(dòng)。注意檢查管路系統(tǒng)有無(wú)滲漏現(xiàn)象。</span><br /> </div>
